Kuehl and Payer, Ltd. has been providing manure management services to livestock producers since 1991. Kuehl and Payer, Ltd. has staff of three Professional Agricultural Engineers with expertise in the State of Iowa’s Animal Feeding Regulations who provide permitting assistance for new and expanding swine, beef, dairy and poultry feeding operations.
Past designs have included the design of reinforced concrete storage pits and storage tanks as well as the design of earthen storage basins, solids settling basins and aerated lagoon treatment systems.
We provide planning assistance, permitting review, development of design plan and specifications, master matrix and permit application preparation, and construction staking and project observation. We are also certified Technical Service Providers with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and have experience working with EQIP funded projects.
